Pupil Admission Arrangements
Admissions for Co-op Academy Glebe are managed on our behalf by the Local Authority Admissions Team and as an academy we do not independently offer places to pupils requesting a place.
Nursery
All Nursery children aged 3 to 4 are entitled 15 hours free Nursery provision and some families may be entitled to an additional 15 hours free. For those who are not entitled to the additional 15 hours, we offer the top-up hours for a fee.

Offer 1
30 hours free place (15 hours universal and 15 hours extended) for all children eligible, and eligible parents, who wish for their child to be in full time Nursery education. This offer includes a lunch break, lunch is not included and will be charged weekly. The hours that your child will attend school are: Full-time hours | 8.25 am to 2.45 pm Monday to Friday
Offer 2
15 hours universal free place for all children and a fee-paying placement for the additional 15 hours for all children. Lunch is not included and will be charged weekly. The current charges are in the Charging and Remissions Policy.

Places to our Nursery are allocated by the Local Authority.

Reception through to Year 6
For places in any year

Places are limited by the number of children we can (legally) accept in each year group.

If you want to defer or delay your child's entry to reception
Parents or carers can defer the date their child is admitted to the school until later in the school year, but not beyond the point at which they reach compulsory school age.
Parents will not, however, be able to defer admission beyond the academic year for which the original application was accepted or beyond the beginning of the term after the child’s fifth birthday. Parents may also request part-time attendance until later in the school year, but not beyond the point at which they reach compulsory school age.
Parents or carers can request that the date their child is admitted to the primary school is deferred until later in the school year or until the child reaches compulsory school age in that school year. Applications for deferred admissions must be made by the primary admissions published closing date.
